Payment
On booking, a $100 deposit is required for all personal styling consultations. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your appointment. Payment can be made by: Cash, Direct Transfer, MasterCard or Visa.

Cancellations or Postponements
For cancellations or postponements within 2 days, and if we are unable to fill the spot, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. Within 24 hours, the full fee will apply. All changes or cancellations must be done by phone and confirmed by us that we have received your advice.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person and redeemed for other services of the same value.
You can purchase gift vouchers by email or phone. Payment can be made by: Cash, Direct Transfer, MasterCard or Visa.
Other Terms and Conditions for Personal Styling Services
The client or customer agrees not to make a negative or disparaging media release, announcement, blog, public statement, or article for publication (negative social media publication) about any services, events, or products provided by IB Styling, whether in electronic form or otherwise, except after having first referred the matter to IB Styling and after having provided IB Styling with a reasonable opportunity to address or rectify the matter of concern.
In the event that the client or customer makes a negative social media publication about the services, events, or products provided by IB Styling, the client or customer shall be liable to and shall wholly indemnify IB Styling against any and all loss or damage arising from such negative social media publication, where the matter giving rise to the negative social media publication was not first referred to IB Styling, and IB Styling was not given a reasonable opportunity to address or rectify the concern. This applies unless the negative social media publication constitutes genuine feedback or information concerning the services provided by IB Styling in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Right of Refusal
IB Styling reserves the right to refuse anyone who wishes to book any of our services or events.
Pricing Policy
All prices stated on the IB Styling website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
